Tomtom One Rider Second Edition

The One Rider 2nd edition is a vastly improved update of the Tomtom Rider.  It is available in either the Europe version with street maps of Western Europe or the GB which has, of course, street maps of Great Britain

If you know you will be using a sat nav in Europe then buy the Europe as it is more expensive to buy additional maps for the GB.  On the other hand if you will never be in Europe then the GB is ideal.

The screen is 3.5" and designed to be used whilst wearing gloves so there are limited on screen selections while riding.  To enter full post codes or addresses you would have to stop and take off your gloves.  The battery life is around 5 hours but re-chargeable of course.

 The Rider 2nd Edition can also be used in a car if you purchase a car mount, great value for money.

The 2nd Edition is water and shock proof and has a unique handlebar bracket.  It also comes with a Bluetooth headset for voice instruction.  With a compatible phone you can receive calls whilst in motion and have full use when not.  The 2nd Edition is compatible with Bluetooth enabled helmets.

All in all the One Rider Second Edition is an excellent sat nav designed specifically for bikers.
